Welcome to Glownara. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Glownara is operated through the Shopify platform. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of our terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment system. We accept major credit and debit cards including:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

New customers receive a 10% discount automatically applied at checkout when creating an account.

We also offer free shipping on orders over €45 — no code required.

4. Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries via Cainiao Standard. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping fees:

  • €4.50 flat rate for all eligible countries

  • Free shipping on orders over €45

5. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must submit a claim within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the shipping box, product(s), and packaging.

To request a return or refund, please read our Return & Refund Policy and follow the instructions.

We do not accept returns for used or opened cosmetic products unless faulty.

6. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse our website or services. We may suspend or block access if any unauthorized or harmful activity is detected.

All content on the Glownara website (text, images, logos) is the intellectual property of Glownara and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Privacy & Cookies

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glownara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
