Glownara is operated through the Shopify platform. All prices are in USD ($) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of our terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment system. We accept major credit and debit cards including:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

New customers receive a 10% discount automatically applied at checkout when creating an account.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $40 — no code required.

4. Shipping

We offer shipping exclusively within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days or a refund within 7 days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used products cannot be refunded or returned.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. You do not need to return the original product unless specifically requested.

If your product arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement immediately. Please include clear photos of the product when requesting a return or refund.

6. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse our website or services. We may suspend or block access if any unauthorized or harmful activity is detected.

8. Liability
