Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Glownara product as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days, or a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. Requests that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted or refunded.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Please note that we do not require you to send the product back. Once your request is approved, we will simply send you a brand-new item at no additional cost. We do not arrange pickups or expect the item to be shipped back unless specifically requested.
If your product arrives damaged and you have selected the return option, we will send you a replacement immediately. You may keep the damaged item, our goal is to ensure you have an unforgettable Glownara experience.
