Shipping Information

All Glownara products are shipped from our supplier via a secure, tracked shipping method. 

Complimentary shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders over €45, no code necessary. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of €4.50 applies to all eligible countries.

Please note that cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once they have been placed and processed. Glownara is not responsible for inaccuracies in the shipping address provided by the customer.

Glownara does not offer package rerouting, local pickups, or refunds on items shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or temporary addresses.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

*During promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be longer due to increased order volume.

We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next working day.

If your Glownara package arrives damaged or incomplete, please submit a claim within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the shipping box, product(s), and all outer packaging. Please make sure to carefully review our Return & Refund Policy before submitting your request.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are expressed in business days. Kindly note that unforeseen circumstances, including customs procedures and local carrier operations, may occasionally affect shipment schedules.
