How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over €45. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of €4.50 applies. No code is required, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. More information is available on our Shipping Info page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Estimated shipping times can be found on our Shipping Info page.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may be delayed.

How can I track my order?

To track your shipment, click on “Track Your Order” and enter the required details. Please ensure you retain your order confirmation and tracking information, as they are necessary to access real-time updates.

Return & Refund

Do you accept returns or refunds?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Can I return used or opened products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Only unused, unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Are Glownara products cruelty-free?

Yes. All Glownara products are 100% cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

Are your products vegan?

Yes. Our current product(s) are formulated without animal-derived ingredients and are considered vegan-friendly.

What is the shelf life of your products?

We recommend using our products within 12 months of opening.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows for easier order tracking, access to your order history, and a 10% discount automatically applied at checkout for new customers.

How do I reset my password?
